📦 Return & Refund Policy – EleganHomes.pk  Home Decor

At EleganHomespk we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund guidelines below:

1. Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging and tags.

  • Breakable items (ceramics, glass, candles, crystals) must be carefully inspected upon delivery. If any damage occurred during shipping, return request must be submitted immediately with photos.

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  1. Send a photo of the product, packaging, and invoice to our WhatsApp or message section.

  2. Mention order number and reason for return.

  3. Our team will approve your request within 7 to 10 days.

3. Return Conditions

Returned items will be accepted only if:
✔ The product is unused and packed properly
✔ There are no missing accessories
✔ Damage showing on receipt or confirmed by our team

4. Refund Options

Once your return is approved:
✅ Store Credit / Replacement – preferred option for easy processing
OR
✅ Refund – processed via original payment method

Refund Timeline:
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:
❌ Customized or personalized items
❌ Items damaged by the customer after delivery
❌ Improper returns without original packaging

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping cost is paid by the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or damage on delivery.
