📦 Breakable Items Shipping Policy

  • All ceramic, glass, crystal, candles, and other breakable items are carefully packed with protective material.

  • Customers are requested to inspect the parcel at the time of delivery.

  • Any damage must be reported immediately with clear photos on the same day of delivery.

  • We are not responsible for damages reported after 24 hours of delivery.

💳 Advance Payment Policy

  • For all breakable items, full advance payment is required before dispatch.

  • Orders above Rs. 20,000 require advance payment for confirmation.

  • Orders will only be processed after advance payment is received.

  • Without advance payment, the order will be automatically cancelled.

⏳ Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days (depending on city).

  • Delivery may vary during peak seasons or sales.
